PISTON GAUGE HAVING A REFERENCE LEVEL DISPLAY FUNCTION TO FACILITATE THE DETERMINATION OF REACHING A REFERENCE LEVEL

PURPOSE: A piston gauge having a reference level display function is provided to allow a user to easily discriminate whether the gauge is in operation.;CONSTITUTION: A piston gauge having a reference level display function comprises a main body(10), a weight(90), a non-contact sensor(60), a display unit, and a level controller. The main body comprises a cylinder(30) having an internal space which is filled with a medium for transferring pressure and a piston(20) which is installed to move up and down in the cylinder and has a bottom reference surface being exposed outside. The weight is placed on the piston of the main body and applies a downward force. The non-contact sensor is installed in the main body and measures the distance to the reference surface of the piston. The display unit is installed in the main body and lighted in multiple phases, wherein the lighting can be confirmed from outside. The level controller is installed inside the main body to process signal data from the non-contact sensor and control the lighting of the display unit.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
