PURPOSE: An apparatus for measuring the linearity and flatness of a rail is provided to improve the accuracy of measurement by employing optical detection.;CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for measuring the linearity and flatness of a rail comprises a light emitting part, a light receiving part(140), and a controller. The lighting emitting part is installed on the base of a rail(100) and emits light in the longitudinal direction of the rail. The light receiving part is provided on a moving body transferred along the rail and receives the light emitted from the light emitting part. The controller calculates the linearity and flatness of the rail by comparing the location of the received light with a coordinate system.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
