PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow efficient communication between a system server and a traveling vehicle.;SOLUTION: The system server is connected to an access point through an on-ground LAN, and a control cycle is divided into an instruction time zone for an instruction from the access point to the traveling vehicle, and a report time zone for a report from the traveling vehicle to the access point. The access point transmits a target position to the command time zone, and the traveling vehicle reports a position to the report time zone.
