PURPOSE: An antisense or small interfering RNA for a gene encoding Mudeng protein is provided to suppress carcinogenicity and to be used as an anticancer agent.;CONSTITUTION: An antisense polynucleotide or siRNA for a polynucleotide encodes Mudeng protein of sequence number 1. The polynucleotide has a nucleic acid sequence of sequence number 2. A composition for treating cancer contains: pharmaceutically acceptable amount of polypeptide having an amino acid sequence of sequence number 1; an antisense polynucleotide or siRNA for a polynucleotide encoding a polypeptide having an amino acid sequence having one or more amino acid which is substituted, deleted, inserted and/or added in the amino acid sequence of sequence number 1; and a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
