SYNTHETIC PILE FOR IMPROVING CONSTRUCTABILITY AND COST EFFECTIVENESS

PURPOSE: A synthetic pile is provided to enable connecting at a deep depth using the strength of a ready-made pile and improve constructability and cost effectiveness by bolt connecting.;CONSTITUTION: A synthetic pile is as follows. In order that a plurality of vertical reinforcing bars(3) reinforced by a loop rebar(3a) on the outer surface of a ready-made PHC pile can be installed in a casing(8), an upper ready-made PHC pile(1), a lower ready-made PHC pile(2) and the upper, middle and lower parts of a vertical rebar are fixed by a bolt type of fixing-plate assemblies(5,6). The fixing-plate assembly comprises a double structure of a disc. The fixing-plate assembly has an external diameter, which is larger than that of the ready-made PHC pile and has a gap to the inner diameter of the casing. A middle-rebar supporting-plate assembly is fixed between the upper and lower ready-made PHC piles and the upper, middle and lower parts of the vertical rebar.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
