PURPOSE: A method for preparing acellular dermal matrix and acellular dermal matrix prepared therefrom are provided to keep the base film of acellular dermal matrix without damage.;CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing acellular dermal matrix comprises: a step of removing the skin of the allogenic skin; a step of removing cell inside the dermis; a step of mixing glycerol, propylene glycol, and base solvent or solution; a step of preparing a cryoprotective agent by dissolving sucrose in solution; a step of penetrating the cryoprotective agent into the skin; and a step of freeze-drying the skin with the cryoprotective agent.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
