A New Porcine Acellular Dermal Matrix/Hydroxyapatite Composite Scaffold for Bone Tissue Engineering

摘要

We successfully obtained a new PADM/HAp composite scaffold with two-level-three-dimentional network structure by biomimic method. This collagen-based matrix keeps its native porous structure and possesses increased mechanical properties, providing a new collagen-based scaffold for bone tissue engineering.
