METHOD FOR PREPARING CRYOPRESERVED ACELLULAR DERMAL MATRIX AND CRYOPRESERVED ACELLULAR DERMAL MATRIX PREPARED THEREFROM

PURPOSE: A method for preparing cryopreserved acellular dermal matrix is provided to enable effective use as a substitute of autotransplantation by maintaining an extracellularmatrix structure and a basement membrane without damages. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing cryopreserved acellular dermal matrix comprises: (i) removing the skin of allogenic skin; (ii) removing Aurantii nobilis Pericarpium cells; (iii) mixing glycerol with a base solution selected from a buffer solution and an animal cell culture medium; (iv) preparing a cryoprotective agent by dissolving sucrose in the solution so that a final concentration is 20 - 40 weight%; (v) infiltrating the cryoprotective agent into the skin; and (iv) the skin in a controlled rate freezer.
