PURPOSE: reduction tropical island effect is provided in a kind of road surface, including multiple pervious beds and water conservation layer and a kind of road pavement method, by preventing underground heat road pavement. ;A kind of CONSTITUTION: road surface, including multiple pervious beds and water conservation layer, including road floor (130), basal layer (140), level course (150), water permeable layers (110), and water conservation layer (120). Road layer is formed impermeable to step through ground connection. There is permeability to form layer on the road for the base. The same level layer is formed on the bottom.
