PURPOSE: A light emitting device, a light emitting device package, and a light emitting device manufacturing method are provided to include a new structure, thereby improving reliability.;CONSTITUTION: A reflecting layer(156) is arranged on a conductive supporting member(160). A protection member(155) is arranged at a distance separated from the outermost part of the reflecting layer to the inner side on the reflecting layer. A light emitting structure is arranged on the reflecting layer and protection member in order to create light.
