ABSORPTION TYPE WET SCRUBBER CAPABLE OF IMPLEMENTING A PRE-TREATMENT PROCESS USING UNNECESSARY SPACE OF A SCRUBBING TOWER

PURPOSE: An absorption type wet scrubber is provided to increase the absorbing amount of gas in scrubbing liquid by adding a three steps-based pre-treatment process.;CONSTITUTION: Gas is introduced into a gas inlet(1). The concentration of the gas is reduced by generating bubbles in cleaning liquid contained in a cleaning tank(2) and implementing absorption reaction of the cleaning liquid and the gas although air through an air inlet is sprayed by a nozzle(4). The gas passes through a conduit(5) and is primarily processed. The gas is secondarily reacted with the cleaning liquid and is processed. The secondarily processed gas passes through a discharging hole(8) and is introduced into a cleaning liquid hole(9).
