PURPOSE: A hand rod height adjustment device for a weight exercise device is provided to maximize an exercise effect through an optimal posture regardless of user's height.;CONSTITUTION: A fixed member(10) is perpendicularly fixed in the frame and has a fixed length. An elevating member(20) is combined with the fixed member to be ascended and descended and the elevating movement thereof is controlled through a control lever(30). A roller(40) is equipped in the elevating member and through which a wire passes.
