摘要

PURPOSE: A UV coating composition for LED color change is provided to emit white light like an existing white light LED using only a LED lens or a light guide plate for emitting white light without the use of blue, violet or ultraviolet-ray LED itself.;CONSTITUTION: A UV coating composition for LED color change comprises 25~69.98 weight% of a UV curable resin, 30.01~60 weight% of a fluorescent substance for color change, and 0.01~15.0 weight% of light diffusing beads having an average particle diameter of 0.2~30 microns. The UV curable resin is at least one kind of a resin selected from the group consisting of urethane acrylate, epoxy acrylate, polyester acrylate, and acryl acrylate. The light diffusing beads comprises a light diffusing bead mixture of an average particle diameter of 1~4 microns : 5~10 microns : 11~30 microns of a weight ratio of 1:0.4~0.8:0.1~0.3.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
