PURPOSE: A biomarker for diagnosing obesity or obesity-associated diseases is provided to promote FAT/CD36 gene expression and to induce differentiation into adipocytes.;CONSTITUTION: A biomarker for diagnosing obesity or obesity-associated diseases contains undecanoic acid(C11), methyl E-11-tetradecenoate(C14:1), arachidic acid(C20:0), eicosadienoic acid(C20:2n), behenic acid (C22:2), tricosanoic acid (C23:0), tetracosanoic acid (C24 :0), nervonic acid (C24:1) fatty acid, or derivative or salt of fatty acid thereof. A method for preparing the biomarker comprises: a step of preparing blood from mammal; a step of centrifuging the blood; a step of collecting supernatant and quickly freezing; a step of thawing at room temperature and centrifuging; and a step of inactivating the supernatant; and a step of filtering.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
