PURPOSE: A toner for developing an electrostatic latent image, a developing agent for the electrostatic latent image, a process cartridge, and an image forming device are provided to maintain low-temperature fixing property from a low speed zone to a high speed zone and to obtain superior image reproducibility.;CONSTITUTION: A toner for developing an electrostatic latent image is obtained by adding inorganic particles to the surface of a toner main particle containing a coloring agent, a releasing agent, and a binder resin. A relation between a relaxing time t and a relaxation modulus G(t) is obtained by dynamic-viscoelasticity-measuring the toner. The relation satisfies general formulas 1 and 2 if a maximum relaxation time is t1 and a minimum relaxation time is t2. A developing agent for the electrostatic latent image is composed of the toner and a carrier.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
