PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrostatic charge image developing toner which, even in the formation of an image with a small end margin of a recording medium, ensures good image detachability from a fixing member, forms a highly glossy image, and has good offset resistance, an electrostatic charge image developer, a cartridge for an electrostatic charge image developer, an image forming apparatus, a process cartridge, a fixing method and an image forming method. PSOLUTION: The electrostatic charge image developing toner includes at least a crystalline polyester resin, an amorphous polyester resin, aluminum element, tin element and a release agent, wherein the content of the aluminum element is 0.005-0.060 mass% based on the entire toner, the content of the tin element is 0.12-0.72 mass% based on the entire toner, and the release agent has an acid number of 0-5.0 mgKOH/g.
