PURPOSE: A lotus root harvester is provided to prevent damage to the lotus root in a process of harvesting lotus root and to reduce personnel expense.;CONSTITUTION: A lotus root harvester comprises: a worktable(150) mounted on a tractor; a position adjusting device(200) and pumps(P1,P2) which are installed in the worktable; and a water spray device(300) connected to the position adjusting device. The water spray device is controlled by the position adjusting device and exposes lotus root buried in the mud to the outside by spraying water to the mud.
