PURPOSE: A bent leg stretcher is provided to control the strength and weakness thereof by tightening a bolt attached to a spring.;CONSTITUTION: A bent leg stretcher comprises a nail(1), a pulley(2), exercise bars(3), a wire(4), a spring(5), and a strength adjusting handle(6). If a user inserts his/her leg between the exercise bars and widens the legs, the wire is drawn while the exercise bars move to both sides. The power of the wire drawn by the exercise bar is delivered to the spring and creates an exercise effect.
