摘要

PURPOSE: A method for estimating viscosity of mold powder is provided to cast condition by estimating viscosity of mold and powder based on the thickness of a liquefied film layer.;CONSTITUTION: A method for estimating viscosity of mold powder comprises the next step. A mold slag film layer formed in a mold inner wall is collected by mold powder which is inserted in a mold a continuous casting(S1). The collected mold slag film layer is analyzed, and the liquefied film layer is confirmed(S3). The thickness of the liquefied film layer is measured(S5). The viscosity of the mold powder is presumed from the thickness of the liquefied film layer by using the relation of the viscosity of the mold powder and the liquefied film layer(S7).;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
