PARALLEL INTER-QUERY ROUTING ALGORITHM FOR HIGH SPEED SEQUENCE ANALYSIS ON A PC CLOUD ENVIRONMENT CAPABLE OF PROVIDING VARIOUS ALGORITHMS WHICH CAN OBTAIN SELECTION OPTIONS
PURPOSE: A parallel inter-query routing algorithm for high speed sequence analysis on a PC cloud environment are provided to satisfy various requirements of a user by providing various algorithms which can obtain selection options and personalizing a processing result through repository.;CONSTITUTION: A weak cluster system which is weakly combined with a NFS(Network File System) method is established by connecting PC nodes which mounts a LAN(Local Area Network) Linux PCI(Peripheral Component Interconnect) card to a server. The server boots the PC nodes. The PC nodes boots the Linux by receiving the OS(Operating System) form a server. The server transmits works allocated to the repository of middleware to the PC nodes and stores the processing result of the PC nodes to the sharing area of the server.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
