PURPOSE: A parallel intra-query routing algorithms for high speed sequence analysis is provided to establish a high performance cluster system for BLAST(Basic Local Alignment Search Tool) by utilizing a low cost PC.;CONSTITUTION: A weak cluster system which is weakly combined with a NFS(Network File System) method is established by connecting PC nodes which mounts a LAN(Local Area Network) Linux PCI(Peripheral Component Interconnect) card to a server. A database is partitioned as much as the PC nodes. The partitioned data is stored to a cache memory of the PC nodes. Middleware distributes the work to the PC nodes according to the selection options of a user and collects a processing result.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
