PURPOSE: A heater for manufacturing a strawberry jam is provided to improve the color of strawberry jam without using the coloring agent.;CONSTITUTION: A heater for manufacturing a strawberry jam comprises a double pot(2), a steam generating portion(4), a stirrer(8) and a drainpipe(14). The double pot is formed in order that the top is opened and the storage bottom is bent. The double pot has a hollow portion(2c) which is tightly shut between the inner pot portion(2a) and outer pot portion(2b). The steam generating portion injects the high temperature steam to the hollow of the double pot. The stirrer is revolved at 20-40rpm inside the double pot. The drainpipe comprises a waste trap(16) in the bottom of the hollow portion.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
