PURPOSE: A DC power cable is provided to exhibit excellent properties such as specific volume resistance and hot set requiring power cables and to ensure a specific volume reduction effect and a space charge reduction effect.;CONSTITUTION: A DC power cable comprises a conductor(1), an inner semi-conductive layer(2) surrounding the conductor, an insulating layer(3) surrounding the inner semi-conductive layer, and an external semi-conductive layer(4) surrounding the insulating layer.
