PURPOSE: A method for preparing Cervi parvum cornu fermentation using Saccharomyces cerevisiae is provided to enhance antioxidation and to product liver.;CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing Cervi parvum cornu fermentation with antioxidation and liver protection effect comprises: a step of dispersing Cervi parvum cornu in an aqueous medium; and a step of adding Saccharomyces cerevisiae KCTC 7920 and culturing.
