PURPOSE: A plankton culture apparatus is provided to enhance fluid speed and to prevent adhesion of plankton onto the inner wall.;CONSTITUTION: A plankton culture apparatus comprises: a transparent culture tube(20) having an uneven protrusion; a light source device(3) for penetrating light to the culture tube; and a pump(1) for circulating fluid inside the culture tube. The culture apparatus further comprises a hot wire inserted to the uneven protrusion to control temperature inside the culture tube.
