PURPOSE: A garlic stem cutter for separating garlic cloves and garlic stems is provided to use a cutting blade rotating to the horizontal direction for cutting the garlic stems.;CONSTITUTION: A garlic stem cutter for separating garlic cloves and garlic stems comprises the following: a garlic loading plate(2) for mounting garlic; a garlic supplying unit(1) including two guiding grooves(3) for supplying the garlic after aligning; a first transfer unit(10) including an upper V groove guide plate(11), a garlic support piece(12), and an upper U shaped rake(13) moving by an upper chain for moving the garlic cloves; a second transfer unit including a lower V groove guide plate(21), and a lower U shaped rake(22) moving by a lower chain(23), and processing rods(25) including grooves(24); and a stem cutting unit(30) including two cutting blades(31) for cutting the garlic stems.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
