ROBOT NECK JOINT STRUCTURE CAPABLE OF HAVING THE SIMILAR MOVEMENT OF A MAN HEAD THROUGH THE NATURAL MOVEMENT LIKE THE PITCHING OR YAWING OF A HEAD UNIT
PURPOSE: A robot neck joint structure is provided to reduce the number of components by supporting the bottom of a head unit at three points using two lifting and turning units and one vertical supporter.;CONSTITUTION: A robot neck joint structure comprises a shaft-rotating unit(10), a head supporter(20), a vertical support shaft(30), a lifting and turning unit(40) and a main supporter(50). The shaft-rotating unit shaft-rotates forward and back a head unit(5) corresponding to the head of a robot. In order that the head unit is horizontally turned around a shaft, the head supporter supports the head unit. The vertical support vertically supports up the bottom front side of the head supporter and functions as a rotational center joint. The lifting and turning unit rotates the head supporter in all directions. The main supporter supports the bottom part of the lifting and turning unit and vertical support shaft.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
