METHOD FOR A HYDROPHILIC MEMBRANE AND THE HYDROPHILIC MEMBRANE CAPABLE OF IMPROVING THE FOULING RESISTANCE, THE STABILITY, AND THE MECHANICAL INTENSITY OF THE HYDROPHILIC MEMBRANE

PURPOSE: A method for a hydrophilic membrane and the hydrophilic membrane are provided to secure hydrophilic characteristic on the surface and the micro pores of the membrane by implementing a cross-linking reaction based on supercritical fluid or subcritical fluid as a coating solvent.;CONSTITUTION: A monomer with a hydrophilic group, an initiator, and a cross-linking agent are introduced into a high pressure container, and supercritical fluid or subcritical fluid is introduced into the high pressure container to obtain a coating solution. A membrane is fixed on an inner heater which is placed in the high pressure container. A pressure is applied to the high pressure container to contact the coating solution with the membrane. The coating solution is coated on the surface and the micro pores of the membrane through a cross-linking reaction and a polymerizing reaction. A hydrophilic membrane is obtained.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
