PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a hydrophilic separating membrane and the hydrophilic separating membrane manufactured by the same are provided to secure a ultrafiltration membrane and a microfiltration membrane of superior and permanent hydrophilic characteristic by preventing the elution of a hydrophilic characteristic applying agent.;CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a hydrophilic separating membrane includes the following: a hydrophobic polymer solution is prepared; carbon nano-tube with a length of 1 to 100um is mixed with the polymer solution, and the mixture is defoamed; the defoamed solution is casted on non-woven fabric to form a film, or a nozzle forms a film based on the defoamed solution without non-woven fabric; the film is solidified in distilled water; and a remaining solvent is eliminated from the film, and the film is dried. The polymer is one or more selected from a group including polysulfone, poly(ether sulfone), poly(vinylidene fluoride), poly(acrylo nitrile), and polyimide.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
