PURPOSE: A producing method of a beverage including a maca(lepidium meyenii) extract is provided to offer the anti-oxidant activity and memory enhancement effects of the beverage to eaters. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of a beverage including a maca(lepidium meyenii) extract comprises a step of: mixing 0.01-1wt% of vitamins, 0.1-5wt% of maca(lepidium meyenii) extract, 5-20wt% of extract selected from a Japanese apricot extract, a schisandra chinensis extract, a citron extract, or a jujube extract, 1-5wt% of xylitol, 0.1-3wt% of edible fiber, 0.5-1wt% of taurine, 5-20wt% of sweetener, and the balance of purified water. The vitamins are selected from vitamin A, thiamin, vitamin B2, pyridoxine, cyanocobalamin, vitamin B13, vitamin C, biotin, folic acid, choline, inositol, vitamin L, or vitamin P.
