PURPOSE: A driving guide system and a method of a driving guide are provided to improve a mileage and guarantee the safety of a driver.;CONSTITUTION: A driving guide system comprises a GPS module(380), a running information collector(310), a storing unit(330), a road information acquiring unit(340), a proper rpm calculating unit(360), and informing unit(390). The GPS module collects the information gauging the location of a driving vehicle. The running information collector collects the information the speed and the rpm of the driving vehicle. The storing unit stores collected driving information. The road information acquiring unit acquires information about a driving location from the GPS signal which is received by the GPS module. The proper rpm calculating unit calculates a proper rpm according to a driving location. The informing unit informs a calculated proper rpm to a driver.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
