PURPOSE: An NUSAP1 as a marker for gastric cancer diagnosis is provided to easily and accurately determine gastric cancer. CONSTITUTION: An NUSAP1 as a marker for gastric cancer contains an agent for measuring NUSAP1 gene mRNA or its protein. A kit for gastric cancer diagnosis is RT-PCR kit, DNA chip kit or protein chip kit. The method for measuring mRNA is RT-PCR, competitive RT-PCR, real time RT-PCR, RNase protection analysis, northern blotting or DNA chip.
