PURPOSE: A method and a system for preventing collision among leaders are provided to minimize the waste of slots by dynamically changing frame size according to the number of general readers with a coordinate reader. CONSTITUTION: A coordinator reader(100) maintains a frame in which each slog is classified into leader-tag communication zones and leader-leader communication zones. The coordinator reader transmits a slot synchronous signal and/or a current slot number to each reader-reader communication interval one by one. General readers(102-1,102-2,102-n) requests the slot allocation in the reader-reader communication interval, and receives the slots corresponding to the preset slot numbers from the coordinator reader.
