PURPOSE: A transmission device and a linearization method at the digital radio frequency system are provided to keep a linearization performance of receiving device thereby reducing a complexity and implementation cost. CONSTITUTION: A voltage controlled oscillator(102) controls and outputs a frequency and phase of inputted signal. A power amplifier(103) controls and outputs a signal gain outputted from the voltage controlled oscillator. A switch(105) selectively applies the signal outputted from the power amplifier to the input signal of a receiving device. The transmit digital signal processor(101) calculates a predistortion value based on fed-back signal through the receiving device, which is outputted from the voltage controlled oscillator thereby compensating phase and gain distortion of the receiving device based on the predistortion value.
