Core-sheath typed gallium arsenide/PVA composite nanofiber and method of manufacturing the same

PURPOSE: A core-sheath type gallium arsenide/polyvinyl alcohol composite nanofiber and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to simplify an electrospinning device using a single-pipe spinning nozzle. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a core-sheath type gallium arsenide/polyvinyl alcohol composite nanofiber comprises the following steps: electrospinning a spinning solution including a gallium nitrate solution and polyvinyl alcohol using a collector(4) with the high voltage, through a nozzle(1) under the nitrogen atmosphere; and supplying arsenic gas in between the nozzle and the collector to react gallium nitrate with the arsenic gas.
