PURPOSE: A method for producing copper-iron alloy cast piece is provided to improve the quality of rod and sheet shaped mold by making the iron content even.;CONSTITUTION: A method for producing copper-iron alloy cast piece comprises the next stage system. Copper iron alloy is made by solidifying iron 3~50 mass%, copper 50~97 mass %, and impurities. Melting is performed in a high frequency smelting furnace(1). Tapping to a tundish is performed for 1~3 minutes. The molten metal is injected to a ladle(8). The molten metal is mixed in a mixer and injected to a water-cooling mold. The flat cross section of the tundish is twice and ten times bigger than the cross section of the furnace.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
