摘要

A resin coated metal sheet of non chrome based with superior corrosion of a cross section is provided to suppress generation of red rust for a long time by eluting a rust preventing component into water gradually. A resin coated metal sheet of non chrome based with superior corrosion of a cross section includes a metal sheet, a base treatment membrane of non chrome based formed on a surface of a metal surface, and a resin fragment. The resin fragment contains 5~40wt.% of a sustained rust preventing corpuscle which is manufactured by mixing a porous inorganic particle with a rust preventing pigment of metal compound based on the basis of 100wt.% of the fragment.
