the present invention is formed by electron beam deposition of calcium phosphate in the biopolymer films on the immobilized biomolecules / apatite relates to nanocomposites and methods for their preparation. Biopolymer / apatite nanocomposite according to the present invention by combining the biopolymer to a calcium phosphate thin film formed by the electron beam evaporation promote osteogenesis, and can be applied to various uses by using the calcium phosphate thin film rather than bulk materials. Biopolymer with a cytochrome (cyt) C, and cyt C with the physiologically active proteins such as fibroblast growth factor having similar molecular weight and isoelectric point may be combined in a calcium phosphate thin film. Accordingly, the biopolymer / apatite nanocomposite according to the present invention may be useful in vivo implant materials that require bone joint, such as dental and orthopedic implants.
