PURPOSE: A multi language character input/output apparatus is provided to output the spelling of a specific language if the word of a specific language is inputted according to buttons which consonants and vowels are arranged to.;CONSTITUTION: A consonant unit(12) includes consonant buttons corresponding to the fundamental consonant of Korean character. A vowel unit(13) includes vowel buttons corresponding to the basic vowel of Korean character. A stress unit(14) includes a stress button which inputs 4 nature of the Chinese and accent of English. A numeric encoder(20) changes the character inputted through the input unit to a numeric code.
