PURPOSE: A system for recording the detail of consulting with a client on the phone for supplying a safe financial service is provided to quickly cope with the financial accident by recording the detail of consulting with the client. CONSTITUTION: One or more recording telephones(RP1~RPK) receive the voice of a consultant and a client. One or more recording telephones records the consultation contents about the client. One or more consultant PC store the voice recording data of one or more recording telephone with the client information. A backup server(104) stores consultation data by client. A client database server(105) offers the client information to one or more consultant PC.
