The pulverized coal feed port interlinks the boiler and pulverizer and supplies the pulverized coal of pulverizer to the boiler. The pulverized coal supply control part controls the amount of the pulverized coal transferred to the pulverized coal feed port. A seal part(120) of the pulverized coal supply control part is combined in the transfer amount controlling element and pulverized coal feed port. The seal part seals the transfer amount controlling element and pulverized coal feed port. The supply control part senses the pulverized coal passing through the pulverized coal supply control part. The supply control part controls the pulverized coal supply control part and the supply control part to control the supply quantity of the pulverized coal.
