PURPOSE: A preparation method of fiber-reinforced composites with uniform density by the growth of one-dimensional SiC nanostructure is provided for use in various industry fields which requires the stability of raw materials. CONSTITUTION: A preparation method of fiber-reinforced composites with uniform density by the growth of one-dimensional SiC nanostructure comprises the following steps of: preparing a two-dimensional fabric weaved with carbon or silicon carbide fiber or three-dimensional prefoam; growing one-dimensional SiC nanostructures with concentration gradient on the prefoam; and depositing the prefoam on a matrix.
