PURPOSE: A cobalt porphyrin nanowire is provided to easily manufacture a hydrogen sensor and to quickly and easily measure the concentration of hydrogen. CONSTITUTION: A cobalt porphyrin nanowire is used as a catalyst of hydrogen sensor. The cobalt porphyrin is cobalt tetrakis-o-aminophenyl porphyrin(CoTAPP) of structural formula. A method for preparing cobalt nanowire comprises: a step of immersing a support coated with metal in cobalt porphyrin solution to absorb solution; a step of mounting the support to an electrochemical cell; and a step of performing cyclic voltammetry.
