PURPOSE: An eco-friendly dead live-stock treating apparatus equipped with inlet and outlet hoppers is provided to automatically open and close of hoppers according to the location of a container in which the dead live-stock is contained by including a lifting unit supplying the dead live-stock to the hopper. CONSTITUTION: A main body(10), a lifting unit(20), an introducing unit(50), a crushing unit(60), a heat treating unit, and a discharging unit(90) are prepared. The main body includes hoppers(11) and hopper covers(13). The lifting unit includes a guiding rail(21), a lifting plate(21a), and an opening and closing unit(25). The introducing unit includes a feeding arm(51), an overload preventive unit, and a controlling unit(55). The feeding arm is installed in a hopper and feeds wastes. The overload preventive unit stops the operation of the feeding arm and reversely rotates the feeding arm. The controlling unit detects the location of the feeding arm and controls the rotation number of the feeding arm.
