CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing microorganism based planting nutrient contains the following: wasted milk, wasted soybean milk, rice water, and wasted yogurt are mixed to prepare a mixing solution in a ratio of 35 to 45:3 to 7:50 to 60:0.5 to 1.5. 800 to 1200 parts by weight of the mixing solution, 40 to 60 parts by weight of glucose, and 1 to 5 parts by weight of amino acid are mixed to prepare a first medium. 90 to 94 parts by weight of the mixing solution, 3 to 7 parts by weight of glucose, and 1 to 5 parts by weight of amino acid are mixed, and strain in lactobacillus is cultivated to prepare a second medium. 800,000 to 1,200,000 parts by weight of the first medium and 80 to 120 parts by weight of the second medium are mixed and cultivated at temperature between 25 and 30 degrees Celsius for 9 to 11 hours.
