PURPOSE: A figure puzzling game system capable of controlling difficulty and a method thereof are provided to enable a user to play a favorable game by providing obstacles during playing the game. CONSTITUTION: A figure puzzling game system comprises a unit for displaying a plurality of figures which are sequentially offered to a user, a unit for providing one of the displayed figures to the user, a unit for launching an upper bar after the user changes one figure, and a unit for providing obstacles which horizontally move, and performing figure variation, positioning or figure breakdown event, a unit for arranging the figures, a unit for moving down the upper bar, a unit for moving up the upper bar by one step, and a unit for ending the game.
