PURPOSE: A dispersion video encoding/ decoding method and apparatus thereof are provided to increase encoding efficiency and to reduce process complex. CONSTITUTION: A first frame is encoded and the encoded first frame is transmitted(S210). The motion vector is provided from a decoding apparatus. Sub information corresponding to the second frame is generated based on the motion vector(S240). The expectation error of the sub information is obtained based on the second frame(S250).
