PURPOSE: A composition for relieving constipation or relieving skin tone is provided to remove texture remained in a mouth and promote defecation. CONSTITUTION: A composition for relieving constipation or improving skin tone contains sugar core, Cassia obtusifolia L. powder, aloe powder or Psyllium Husk powder. The composition additionally contains a granule having sugar, perfume or powdered tea. The size of Cassia obtusifolia L. powder, aloe powder or Psyllium Husk powder is 0.001-2.0 mm. A method for producing the composition comprises: a step of pulverizing Cassia obtusifolia L., aloe or Psyllium Husk; and a step of mixing or applying the powder to sugar core to obtain granule.
