PURPOSE: A flame-retardant complex board having an excellent insulation property and a panel for construction using the same are provided to ensure a desired flame-retardant property without other flame-retardant members or incombustible members.;CONSTITUTION: A flame-retardant complex board having an excellent insulation property comprises polystyrene particles(100), a flame-retardant coated layer(200), flame-retardant foaming polystyrene panels(10A,10B) and a foaming insulating panel(20). The flame-retardant coated layer is formed on the surfaces of the foamed polystyrene particles. The flame-retardant coated layer comprises an inorganic flame-retardant member(210). The flame-retardant foaming polystyrene panel is molded by foaming of the foamed polystyrene particle forming the flame-retardant coated layer. The foaming insulating panel is integrated with one surface of the flame-retardant foaming polystyrene panel through bonding.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
