PURPOSE: A composite insulation panel with an insulation material and a fiber sheet and a construction method for insulating an external wall of a structure using the same are provided to prevent the surface of the panel from cracking by improving tensile strength.;CONSTITUTION: A composite insulation panel(10) with an insulation material and a fiber sheet comprises an insulation material(11) and a fiber sheet(12). The fiber sheet is composed of a nonwoven fabric and is integrally attached on one surface of the insulation material. Adhesive is spread on one surface of a self-adhesive reinforcing mesh. The self-adhesive reinforcing mesh is attached along the joints of the composite insulation panel.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
